Was there for my niece's wedding reception. Food was amazing as was service at the bar.
Great food and a small town atmosphere that has made it one of our favorite places in Spicer. Tuesday night is the fried chicken special and we all think it is some of the best we've had!
Roast beef, mashed potatoes & gravy are comfort & beyond!
Always busy, so busy that sometimes they are overwhelmed. The food is great and the wait staff is terrific. Joyce Cole is amazing, she knows what you want before you place your order
I greatly enjoyed my time with your facility. As a combat veteran I felt comfortable and at ease with Jessica behind the bar. She was easy to talk to and fast on the drinks.she was very accommodating specified drinks.
What a nice place had great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere and really good food! What is view as well it's just off the lake. Great for eating by yourself or groups of people! I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family!
We were looking to go to dinner and a friend said to give the legion a try. We decided we had nothing to lose and gave it a try. I'm so glad we did. When we told the waitress we had never been there she slowed down and broke down menu options and specials for us. I was impressed with how sweet she was and the food was delicious. So highly recommend!!
Have lunch at the American Legion in Spicer, Minnesota on the 4th of July was the best. They had a fried chicken buffet dinner with mashed potatoes, corn, baked beans, green beans, fresh biscuits. They served the buffet to hundreds of people on the 4th of July and more people eating in the other dining area that ordered from their menu. The parking lots were full but the lines went quickly. They did a marvelous job having the tables ready for the next group of people to sit down and enjoy their meals. Nothing better than an all American meal on the 4th of July and in the presence of veterans from every armed service division that serves to protect our freedom.
